This case has 24 9’X12” top load crystal-clear pocket pages that come with black archival transport or mounting paper. The paper is like construction paper but is acid free. You either mount photo to the paper and slip them in or just slip them and let friction hold them in place.
Special Note about the Pages
This is the only area that I
have had any negative feedback on this
portfolio cases. The pocket page material is
thin and perfectly clear. It is very close
to viewing a photograph without protection.
In the right viewing conditions this is
great as the photo jumps right off the page.
But the smooth page surface picks up a lot
of glare (from overhead lights or windows).
I have also found that some of the pages
have very small imperfection or scratch from
manufacturing. These show up when you hold
the page in just the right way in front of a
harsh light source. These scratches and very
small imperfections are not noticeable in
the right lighting for seeing the photo in
the pocket page. I have tried to photograph
these problems to show them here but they
are so small and only show in just the right
light condition that I have not been able to
get a photo of them. I want to point this
page situation out to any one buying this
case.
